SIF MEMBER - VAT-EXEMPT FEE
As with the last National Congress, the SIF has decided to offer its MEMBERS an additional benefit. Those who have regularly paid their membership fee can register for the Congress by paying a VAT-exempt fee (Legal reference: "Specific fees paid by members, athletes, for institutional purposes - Outside the VAT Area - art. 4, paragraph 4, Presidential Decree 633/72"). Please note that for VAT-exempt fee will be issued A TAX RECEIPT (Not an invoice).

ACCOMMODATION IN A SHARED ROOM FOR SIF MEMBER UNDER 38 NON-TENURED
The registration fee includes hotel accommodation, for the entire duration of the Congress, in a shared room with another SIF MEMBER UNDER 38 NON-TENURED (rooms for 2 up to 10 people). Hotels are located in Torino, easily reachable by public transport.
During registration is required to confirm/not confirm the accommodation in a shared room included in the registration fee; it will be possible express a preference for the roommate(s).
Accommodation will be confirmed after payment of the registration fee.
Any change regarding accommodation must be communicated by email to the Organizing Secretariat (sarcina@3psolution.it) by May 30th, 2026.
The registraton fee includes:
- participation in the entire Congress
- registration to CME sessions
- Congress Kit
- Coffee Breaks and Snack Lunches
Refund in case of cancellation:
- 100% of the total amount for cancellations received by September 1st, 2026
- 50% of the total amount for cancellations received by October 15th, 2026
- No refund for cancellations received after October 16th, 2026
